this is my cat. i constantly change her name. now her name is MOK. she is sitting in a small box.


so today after 3 mths or so of not climbing, i went training. and i must say, I NEED ALOT OF TRAINING AND DIETING TO DO. ok jus the training part will do. i sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
need a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooot of training.

like alot. so i haf to walk the talk now. ahhhhhhh i cant even do a simple stoopid 30 move endurance. pantat. ok can for the 1st time but after that time, da ah dats it. den den i cant even do a 1 min dead hang. don mention 30s locking ah. rabak kan.
